Brownlee balances warmth and drama — rich walnut millwork paired with boldly veined marble, grounded by plaster-soft walls and vintage rugs.
In the kitchen, a sculptural island and hand-blown lighting turn a working space into the heart of the home; upstairs, the primary bath layers pink onyx and black marble into something genuinely one-of-a-kind.
Throughout, an eclectic mix of contemporary furniture and collected objects keeps the home feeling modern, personal and thoroughly lived-in.
