Love County Interiors and Design is an Austin-based studio led by founder and principal designer Taylor Clouse. We focus on residential and hospitality projects, creating warm, modern spaces built on distinctive materials, rich textures and confident color.
Our rooms bring together an eclectic but timeless mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings, lighting and art. Above all, our strength is listening — understanding each client's story, personality and intention, then expressing it through thoughtfully designed and selected interiors.
Founder & Principal Designer
A selection of Love County homes and spaces across Austin and New York City — material-led, eclectic and deeply personal.
A warm, collected Austin home where mid-century wood, marble and hand-collected art set the tone.
Walnut cabinetry, veined marble and soft pinks make for a kitchen and primary suite full of character.
A light-filled Clarksville home anchored by a stone fireplace, cognac leather and a layered vintage rug.
A material-forward home where striped marble, terrazzo and a hammered-brass tub steal the show.
Whether it's a full new build or a one-hour consultation, every Love County interior begins with your story and ends in a space that feels warm, modern and entirely lived-in.
We listen first — to your personality, your intention and how you actually want to live — and design from there.
Distinctive materials and textures with a timeless mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings, lighting and art.
From family homes and remodels to restaurants and boutique hotels — spaces for comfort, community and growth.

We start by getting acquainted — your story, your taste and the way you want to live, work or gather.
Floor plans, palettes, distinctive materials and finishes come together into a scheme that is unmistakably yours.
We source vintage and contemporary furnishings, lighting and art, then manage purchasing through to delivery.

We work on both residential and hospitality projects — new builds, rentals, remodels and ADUs, as well as restaurants and boutique hotels. Our focus is warm, modern spaces built for comfort, community and growth.
The Works is our full-service offering: the curatorial skills of the studio alongside long-term management of purchasing, evolving design and final install — typically spanning three months to three years. The Short Stack is a one-hour online consultation with our designer, ideal for smaller inquiries and short-term projects.
We advise on floor-plan layout, store and brand recommendations, styling, paint and wall treatments, drapery and window treatments, cabinetry and built-ins, FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) and exterior style direction.
Warm and modern, with distinctive materials, textures and color and an eclectic but timeless mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and lighting. Every project is led by the client's story, so no two look alike.
